Do not bother going on their waitlist
March 13, 2022They will tell you they have an upcoming apartmemt to get you to complete the application. They already have picked out who they want to rent to whether a friend or some other agreement. We have owned a home for 20 years and recently sold it . We are more than appropriate rental candidates. They say the listing goes out to everyone but the one they want is told first.
