February 25, 2022I would be hesitant to recommend this community due to the aging condition of the units structurally (I spent the last 3 years sleeping with ear-plugs due to all the creaking and popping noise from upstairs night-owl tenant) and the excessive "Market-Rates" vs Value being charged.Review from Apartments.com

The landscape is beautiful. Last but not least. Residences McGinnis Ferry would not be a great place to live without the office staff. The office staff is knowledgeable and professional.
