May 4, 2025i’ve been enjoying our stay here at the retreat. better than every other apartment i’ve looked at. the laundry facility is mid, the machines smell like wet dog. my clothes also took 3 loads to dry.Property Manager Responded

March 12, 2025I absolutely love my new apartment, me and my children have settled in and definitely enjoying our peace. My son has really enjoyed the basketball court. And the real big one is my daughter can walk home from the bus stop because our building is so close. Everything is just really awesome here. And we love it. March 6, 2025The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 is that some of my appliances and fixtures are outdated. I love the beach and lake and love having friends over to play pickleball. Maintenance is awesome- they respond very quickly. IProperty Manager Responded
