  • Hot mess

    August 24, 2022
    This place is a hot mess. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are nice but it’s definitely overpriced. The elevators haven’t worked for over 3 months, and although it’s a nice area, the complex is not safe. Hot mess, hot mess, hot mess…. Run. But at least there’s no bugs, so they get one star.

  • Elevators out two months !!!

    There are older people who live here, also older pets. Poor Dakota. That have to use the stairs every day. Yet they won't own up to it as an emergency and get another elevator company. Parking garage gates another issue. Should get a reduction in rent rather than raise it

  • Moving our after 3 Years

    I was one of the first residents when this property opened. The original owners and staff were amazing. 3 months after selling to Northland, the property started its decline. The garage has been broken more times than I can count. At times, I had to park outside the complex. For reference, one morning I could not get back into the garage, I was lucky enough to find an agent in the office and advising them, the response I got was to keep entering my code and waiting 10-15 mins. When I explained I ...
    had already waited for 10-15 prior to coming to the office, she shrugged her should and said to park outside and walk in as she saw I was physically fit. The office never sticks to its hours; it is either closed prior to the hours listed, Opened late, and or just not open at all. The hallways have not been cleaned in over a yr since Northland has taken ownership with the exception of the first floor where the models are located. They have stopped caring and treating the common area which is nightmare bc I have to worry about fleas and ticks attacking my dog. The Elevator connected to the garage is typically down for service once a month. Its been a fun game if it will work that day or not. Overall, after years of calling this place home, I will not be resigning. The level of disregard for residents and the overall upkeep of this complex leaves me speechless. For cost you can get much better.

    Spacious one bedroom apartment, with a great balcony view to the Orlando eye. Walk-in closet is extremely spacious, latest stainless steel appliances, granite counter top in kitchen. Cannot complain on how comfortable the apartment is. The staff is also extremely friendly, and they love pets. The pool and gym are the best you will find. Location is the best in Orlando, quick access to highways and some of the best restaurants and bars in town. Big downside is security, anyone can step foot into ...
    this building. The elevator gives any stranger access to the apartments, and not all doors function with key fob. We were sold on how secure this building was but that is not the case. Tighten up on security, get elevator working off key fob and ensure all doors are functioning with key fob and then it will be a five star property. For now a 4 will do.
