January 15, 2025The unit is PERFECT. Exposed Brick, hardwood floors, high ceilings, updated kitchen and bathroom amenities, beautiful view of downtown skyline, and right above so many fun restaurants and bars! The apartment however leaves a bad taste in the mouth. I have had a car and bike stolen out of the parking garage. The elevators are basically always broken, and they haven’t fixed a reoccurring leak in my ceiling for the past year.Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2024In my opinion The Rice shouldn’t advertise as Luxury. The consistent inoperable elevators alone kick it out of a luxurious experience. Having the recent experience of renewing my lease, a 6 month lease is cheaper than a year or 14 mo. So that definitely sends the signal rice does not want long term residents, even someone that has been here 4 years like myself.Property Manager Responded

Not luxury living
August 21, 2024Horrible place to live, dirty, smelly and unclean. They make promises regarding the property and your unit that they don’t keep. The homeless are a huge problem and security is lacking. The office staff are just awful and it’s just not worth the money.Property Manager Responded
