There is a rear, court yard entrance on Riverside Drive and there is also the amazing main, front entrance on Riverside Drive west, where you will find the Breathtaking views of the George Washington Bride, the New Jersey skyline and the sun, dancing across the Hudson River. We have Plenty of parks to play with the kids, pick nick, play tennis, skate board, ice skate and paths to bike, run and walk along the Hudson river as well. It's almost as if the city doesn't exist...even though you are right inside it. The building it self, is right around the corner (a 5 minute walk) from the 157th street and Broadway subway station where you can find banks, coffee shops, convenient stores, bars, restaurants, hospitals and a couple of groceries stores as well. Or you can hop right on the 1 train & take it just a couple of stops to 125th st and go to the infamous Fairway Market on the Hudson River and have a little picnic while you are at it. This area is to live for! It is safe, it is clean, it is convinient and the River Arts Building at 159-00 Riverside Drive West is a place I love coming home to!

This apartment has huge widows so that you get lots of light. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. All and all this apartment building has all you needs that you could ask for.
