November 20, 2024The amenities at this community are very nice. There is a nice pool, gym and dog park. Also the management and maintenance staff are very nice. The downside is that they have almost no recourse for any residents that violate the terms of lease. There are several smokers in the community that smoke on the property and leave their cigarette butts everywhere and unless they are "caught in the act" they can not be held to account. This is meant to be a smoke free community. There are several bad ...dog owners in the community that don't pick up after their dogs, making walks cumbersome. There is a nice sized field that some owners allow their dogs off leash and when their dogs attack you or your pets, there is nothing that management can do. This creates a very unsafe environment for families who would like to let their children play in the same space. For the high cost of rent, the amenities are nice but the standards of living are subpar and potentially dangerous.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2024The first year was good and we had no issues. This past year was terrible dealing with rude neighbors and management was useless. The maintenance people are always nice though.Property Manager Responded
