November 20, 2024The amenities at this community are very nice. There is a nice pool, gym and dog park. Also the management and maintenance staff are very nice. The downside is that they have almost no recourse for any residents that violate the terms of lease. There are several smokers in the community that smoke on the property and leave their cigarette butts everywhere and unless they are "caught in the act" they can not be held to account. This is meant to be a smoke free community. There are several bad ...dog owners in the community that don't pick up after their dogs, making walks cumbersome. There is a nice sized field that some owners allow their dogs off leash and when their dogs attack you or your pets, there is nothing that management can do. This creates a very unsafe environment for families who would like to let their children play in the same space. For the high cost of rent, the amenities are nice but the standards of living are subpar and potentially dangerous.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 1, 2024I absolutely love living at the Rockwell! The staff is truly incredible. My Granddaughters love going in and saying hi to Megan! We enjoy sitting by the fire pit and of course the pool!!Property Manager Responded

They’re always pulling fun things together for the community and doing activities for everyone!
