January 16, 2025The Rowe has definitely been getting better since the rebrand. The amenities are great and the people that work here are very helpful. Though since we are near the bars and frats this place tends to get very dirty in the halls, and none of it ever gets cleaned up. If you are looking for this prime location I recommend living here, you just have to be willing to deal with the cons of it.Review from Apartments.com
