Save yourself from a nightmare living situation
April 3, 2023Ever since the property was taken over by MG properties everything has gone downhill. It's extremely noisy especially with the train crossing right across the street and the worst is when the fright train comes at night between 1 and 3am. There's issues all over the building with water leakage even when it's not raining, amenities are closed quite often due to needing repairs. The new staff here doesn't seem to care about residents and really only want to deal with perspective tenants. The other ...huge aspect is the rent is absolutely not worth it here.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2021I’m sorry that one person had a really negative experience here, but I found the exact opposite of everything they’ve said and I’ve been living here for six months. It’s stated clearly in the lease that you cannot have a barbecue on the balcony. I rent a one bedroom and barely hear the neighbors at all. So I’m not sure what they’re talking about with a thin walls, but it’s not everywhere. I find the staff to be really friendly and really wanting to make your experience here the best. DO NOT RENT HERE!
June 13, 2021I resided at The Rylan apartments for 7 months. This is by far the worst apartment experience I have ever had. The building is incredibly poor quality. The walls are thin, you can hear everything from neighboring units. They have had plumbing and water issues multiple times per month during my entire stay. The garage rarely functions properly, leaving all residents to resort parking on the limited street parking nearby and walking significant distances. They lied about being able to utilize fire ...pits on the balcony previous to moving in. After moving in I was informed that I had to remove it as it was not covered under their insurance. They took 3 months to repair an improperly functioning shower, which I had notified them of during my pre-inspection. I was told to take a bath for 3 months while I wait for the repair to be done. I ended up paying a contractor myself to make the repairs and did not receive compensation from The Rylan. DO NOT RENT HERE!Property Manager Responded
