December 7, 2024Don't have an emergency on a weekend!! My heat went out on Sat afternoon. I put in an URGENT maintenance request imediately, as the temp outside was mid 40's. I received ZERO response or acknowledgement until sometime Mon (9-12?), a note was left on my counter that said do not leave heat on emergency heat. On SATURDAY when my heat stopped working, I tried EVERYTHING to get it on as my apartment was 56 degrees!!!. What I do NOT need is a sarcastic comment written at the bottom of a work order. I ...NEEDED a response to an URGENT request when freezing!! How can nobody be monitoring URGENT requests over the weekend. I hope nobody loses power or has a flood over a weekend.
