December 31, 2024My ice-maker hasn’t worked for almost 2 years despite multiple “fixes.” Now there is constant water dripping in my fridge as well. The grout on my shower is stained with black mold and nothing will get it out. The fitness center and pool are the only reason I give the property 2 stars.Property Manager Responded

December 19, 2024Recently leased and so far everyone has been extremely nice. The complex is well kept and feels safe. Downside is there were a number of maintenance issues upon move in, however the team addresses them very quickly. The location is great with grocery stores and restaurants. December 10, 2024We have been very happy with our choice to move to The Saulet! Leah, in the office, is a dream and the maintenance team is also awesome! The gym is big and has plenty of equipment and is kept nice. The pool we have not used but is a major hangout from what we saw this summer. Parcel Pending for packages is very convenient, as is the location of The Saulet. Highly recommended! I feel safe here and it’s more quiet than we thought it would be so that was an unexpected bonus.Property Manager Responded

December 6, 2024I was referred to the community & was in love at first sight! The location, noise level, cleanliness, parking garage & most of all--top tier service from the leasing office all confirmed my decision to make this my home. Leah did a phenomenal job assisting me at the last minute, yet taking her time to go over every detail & answer all my questions. November 5, 2024I really enjoyed my time at the Saulet a few years ago. However, moving back here has not been a great experience all around. I wanted a nice, pleasant living space that I could relax in after long days of working and studying. Instead, I had to move apartments due to a family that would let their child run around on the floor above me at all times of day and night forcing me to have to transfer apartments. Transferring apartments was a nightmare, and my work order still has not been completed ...since I submitted it when I moved in a few weeks ago. I really hope my experience gets better or I will be looking for a new place to live when my lease expires. I wanted to call the Saulet home for three years, but I do not know how I feel anymore.Property Manager Responded
