LOUD... but staff is nice
July 26, 2022I really wish I could give this complex more stars but... it is so loud here. If you have kids, skip. If you sleep during the day (night shift workers), skip. If you value SLEEP.... SKIP! I have never lived in a complex so intent on lawn maintenance 3-4 days a week. However, the staff in the office are very pleasant to work with, and pool is nice. Lots of families here and it is very safe. Don't go a few days past rent being due... they will NOT waive any late fees, even if its only one time.Property Manager Responded

Cute apartment homes
July 25, 2022I've been here for the past 2 years and for the most part it's been pretty good. Yes the interior is like the '80s but you have all the essentials from a unit ac unit a washer and dryer inside your unit as well as a dishwasher. The apartment complex is in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to all parks and grocery stores. The only downfall is of course the '80s look of the apartments and the fact that there are no community events for all the kids that live in the apartment complex oh and ...some issues that people tend to have with the managers. I personally haven't had any issues but that's only me. Other than that I really enjoy living at these apartments and I also love the diversity of people that live here. The apartments are definitely affordable especially for what you get. Overall if you are looking for a safe neighborhood with all the essentials that you need in your apartment and you're not into the most updated apartment style then you will like it here. Also it is very quiet and definitely family oriented. Everybody looks out for each other and I like that.Property Manager Responded

Housing discrimination
March 1, 2018My application was denied because of income. But my monthly income more than 3 times the amount of the apartment rental rate (and I sent proofs of it, each month my gross income was more than $8000 without cash payments). But they offered me to have at my bank account all money for 12 months (they don't have this in qualifying criteria) - it's $26400 at one time, isn't it interesting I should take my money from investment, stop investing money in my business, and hold them 1/3 of my income I ...just have to hold For what If anyone makes the same thing it will be financial crisis again, because money should flow So if you had any situations with this apartments and you think that your application was denied because of DISCRIMINATION (race, color, religion, national origin or something like this), let me know, please, by email! marinaivanovarane@mail.ruRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Quiet and Aging Well
July 23, 2015...the complex that is. The Seasons is a quiet apartment complex full of families. It sports a pool, play structure, covered parking, clubhouse, and secluded location. There are lots of trees for shade and the landscaping is well kept. It has 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with decks/patios and most of them have AC and a washer/dryer. The finishes are getting a bit dated but what you lose in style you gain in price. It is pretty well priced for the insane Bay Area. We've been there a year ...and the staff has been courteous and responsive.
