  • Horrible staff

    It took these people one month just to deny me and throughout the month, never once did they communicate with me to tell me what was going on. Apparently they don't know how to properly use technology because they failed to send my employer the entire form for employment. It was the most stressful and wasted month! I could of found a different place in the meantime but they had threatened me about not being able to get my deposit back. Very unprofessional people.

    I asked a question and they yell at you for no reason at all I just wanted to talk to the real manager and what's wrong with that I've live here for long time and they had a swat stand off next door they messed up that place and my door they fixed the next door but they never fixed my door and it's broken and it so scary and if your looking for a place GOOD LUCK......

  • The seasons at Lee Hill

    Great Apartment, we have a unit above the garage, unit was nice and clean. We did have a issue with our microwave a week after moving in but maintenance had it fixed within the week. Some issues with noise from the neighborhood kids. And parking is not assigned so parking can be a pain if you work late like I do. Altogether its a fantastic place so far, been a resident for 3 months now. Looking forward to staying

    The seasons is a great place to live. a little out in the country but there is a market and shops conveniently located on the property. Lots of families and kids. the property is well kept by the staff. office staff is friendly and helpful. pool, fitness room, and suntanning available. pros and cons just like anywhere else. can be noisy during the day parking can be tight but not impossible. overall good neighbors everyone is friendly and no one really bothers you. we enjoy living here.

    These apartments are great! The staff is so friendly and will do their best to help you in a timely manner. The grounds are well kept, close to many amenities, and higher quality apartments than we've lived in in the past. We will be staying here as long as possible. Most neighbors are very friendly. One down side is that kids run around unsupervised in the streets. Really have to watch when driving through the complex. Garages are very spacious, and all the appliances are energy efficient.
