February 26, 2025The community is very nice and is located in a great spot close to many restaurants and grocery stores making it convenient for myself and other residents. There is a serious need for the complex to get mailboxes and possibly a package drop center for receiving and delivering mail rather than the current system requiring us residents to go all the way to the office to retrieve our mail or packages.Review from Apartments.com

January 19, 2025so far not that good. we have been assigned a wornout apartment, the door locks are broken, carpet is dirty and there was mold is the bathroom.Property Manager Responded

January 18, 2025For my first off campus apartment with the low rent it was good. The staff isn’t that nice and the maintenance does not really take care of things so I will be moving out after my lease is up.Property Manager Responded

January 12, 2025It has been fairly good apart from sm all issues that that maintenance team is now addressing. The general area is a mess especially the fridge when that is taken care of everything will be good.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2024Moving into Social Seminole Apartments was an overall great experience. The leasing process was straightforward, On move-in day, the apartment was clean and prepared, which made settling in much easier. The community feels lively yet peaceful, and the facilities, such as the gym are well-kept and accessible. The location is also a highlight close to campus and surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants, making day-to-day living very easy.
