  • So Much Potential, Terrible Execution

    I’ve lived at this complex for over a year and have not had a great experience. Your lease forces you into community WiFi and doesn’t allow you to get your own private WiFi, however the community WiFi goes out for 12-24hrs at a time at least once a month. If you work from home and require reliable WiFi, this is a terrible option for you. The units are nice but terribly built, appliances are subpar also. Maintenance staff is fine but changes very often so you never know who is actually on staff at ...
    any given moment. The office staff is way more concerned with planning events than making the living conditions adequate and being responsive to issues. There are way better options out there. Look around before committing to this complex.
