February 25, 2025The condominium is a large residential complex, located in an area that easily connects me to my work, with easy access to the city's main roads. The condominium offers a variety of features and amenities for residents, such as a gym, parking, leisure area, delivery and mail room, barbecue area, home office, garbage collection, administration to help residents with questions and protection, and security with camera surveillance. Pool is nice and spacious with many seating options including hammocks under the gazebo. Pool is not open year round. No elevators in buildings.
