expect timely and effective assistance. Since moving into the building, I’ve seen a significant number of roaches. While exterminators come frequently, whatever methods they’re using don’t seem to work. I’ve personally experienced roaches appearing while I’m cooking, which I find incredibly disgusting and discouraging. I often avoid cooking because of this issue, and I believe it needs to be addressed with better solutions. While the building has made some nice upgrades to the exterior and lobby areas, it feels irrelevant when you’re dealing with issues like roaches or problems in your apartment that take forever to get resolved. At the end of the day, it’s the living conditions inside that truly matter, and these ongoing problems should be prioritized.
