December 23, 2024I enjoyed my stay here at the Sterling. The staff was always there to help me with my issues, the amenities are bomb, and the events are well thought out with good food, entertainment, and decorations! I loved it here. The common spaces were kept clean for the most part. Every now and then the hallways would stink or someone wouldn't clean up after their pet, but this doesn't takeaway from the greatness of the community. You are around the corner from shopping centers, grocery stores, and theres ...walking trails nearby. Everything is within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to stay in Houston!! :)Property Manager Responded

November 11, 2024I would say move elsewhere. For the price point, there’s too many communities offering better options than what I’ve noticed at the Sterling thus far. This is extremely disappointing because Windsor seems to have a great reputation and the area itself is optimal for living, the Sterling feels neglected almost like an afterthought for Windsors portfolio.Property Manager Responded

May 14, 2024The building is new with great amenities and a great staff. And the apartments are very nice as well. However, some residents do not know how to train their dog to not constantly bark and this is a recurring problem. The other residents I have talked with on my floor have the same issue with the frequent barking at all hours. Management has been notified, but just seems there’s not much that can be done to enforce the house rules other than waiting until the tenant’s lease is up and they move ...out. Management talks with the tenants, but it’s obvious that is not getting anywhere. So although the tenant is enjoying their quality time with their barking dog and having fun in their unit and barking all the way down the hallways, the rest of us are not enjoying the barking.Property Manager Responded
