April 29, 2024The management is absolutely terrible. Rent increased after we signed the lease (recently some of us just got double charged for no reason) You will not hear back from the property manager for days even when there is an emergency. Fire alarms will randomly go off. Major theft and break in constantly. Do yourself a favor and please do not live here.Review from Apartments.com
AVOID THIS BUILDING
March 31, 2024Management is absolutely terrible. Building suffers from extreme theft from non-residents breaking. There’s constant maintenance issues. The building director is non-responsive and shady. JAB is a terrible business to rent from — look elsewhere!Review from Apartments.com
