January 10, 2025The staff has been incredibly helpful getting me all moved in. The plumbers (from the maintenance staff?) were available on my second day and they were very personable, professional, understanding of the moving chaos, and respectful. I’ve also met multiple residents who have been incredibly helpful and welcoming. Overall I am loving the sense of community here and extremely excited to have chose The Sylvan. December 1, 2024I just moved here not to long ago and it’s perfect size. The pool in the summer is great and the area for packaged. I love it here and especially the dog park.Property Manager Responded

Great place
July 31, 2024The Sylvan overall is really great, but the rent is insane. The staff are awesome, especially the maintenance staff. Always prompt and really nice. The buildings are clean with some minor complaints about trash sometimes being left in the stairwells but nothing major. It’s a quiet property overall, walls bleed slightly especially with higher-pitched noises. The door to the hall is the worst, you can hear every word said by people walking by. Parking is adequate, the grounds are clean (of course ...there’s always issues with people not picking up after their dogs but Sylvan does try to stay on top of it). Trash is good but they need to get a bigger recycling bin, it always fills up fast. Overall a great place to live, but the rent is far too high!Property Manager Responded

July 6, 2024Just moved here and love the place! The neighbors are great and it’s not noisy at all. The dog park is the best and the dog owners are too. Have not been to the pool yet but it looks very nice.Review from Apartments.com
