    I feel that the office employees need to be on the same page with knowledge and assistance. I have gotten different information countless times from the various staff in the office. Everyone is super nice but not entirely helpful when it comes to relaying information and repairing appliances within our unit.

    I have enjoyed living here for the past three years, the office staff is great and very helpful. Some of the changes like new locks seem unnecessary and will take some getting used to but overall it’s been a decent experience.

    Lately, living at the Tate hasn't been the best of experience. There have just been too many problems or issues that for me. For example, there have been piles of poop everywhere I walk and before I assumed it was the animals around campus or in the small forest next to us, but they are piles of dog poop everywhere. Even near the designated trash cans and dumpsters that I have been nausea every time I go to walk my dog. There is also trash everywhere, so the place has just been so unclean. As for ...
    in the apartment, my roommates and I have been finding thing after thing wrong with the apartment. Like our counter is slowly starting to detach from the wall and the heating is either too cold or too hot (we haven't found a good middle ground 72 degrees gets to too hot and 71 we're freezing). These are just a couple of things I've noticed in the last month or so that have made the place more and more unpleasant to live at.

    Maintenance workers are nice people but we went 4 months without a working washer :(. Also staff is not diligent about responding to complaints quickly. Not to mention we have been quoted “rules” from our lease that do not exists in the written document we signed. We lived with excessive mold for months after repeatedly informing the office we had a resident with severe allergies. Our upstairs neighbors are excessively loud screaming and running around all night it took over 6 months to be taken ...
    seriously. Not to mention the new lock system. To say the least it is the worst idea this apartment complex has ever had. The communication of info before switching locks was almost non existent leaving more than 1/2 of the residents unable to access there apartment. when I could not access my key I was told I would have to “have my roommate’s let me in and out or call the emergency line to be let in. Also what if my phone dies, I lose service, or we lose power if I could give 0/10 I would

    It’s amazing how much they care and treat me and my service dog, even gave me a parking spot, so he didn’t get hit by a car because either drivers go too fast, and they’re not expecting him to be there.

    The Tate on Howard is a nice place to live. The biggest perk is how close it is to campus. However, I feel like they don't have enough staff to be the best they can be. They are still trying to get everything done it just feels like they are spread a little thin. I would love to see how they would be operating if they had adequate staffing and funding to maintain the property. They have been working on completing two gates for close to a year, and there is general maintenance of parking lot that ...
    I don't think is supported. Overall, I would mostly recommend The Tate to people who want to be close to campus and that was a priority. Oh, and watch the speed bumps if you're coming through, they are steep!
