February 1, 2025Maintenance’s tends to take a while, they’ve been working on the gates since the fall and driving over the holes from construction do not seem to be good for my car, they also keep the building with the mail, coffee, and study rooms locked a lot which can be very irritating.Property Manager Responded

Until then, staff has to lock it when we are not on site, which does limit the clubhouse hours sometimes. You can put the same maintenance request in 4 times and they won't look at it, or they come in and say everything is fine when it isn't and just leave, office is also only open during times that I work so I can never actually go to the office unless I get a rare day off and it's kind of really annoying actuallyProperty Manager Responded

For any work order concerns, our team is required to investigate and repair before making replacements. If those repairs have been insufficient, we will certainly look into replacement, as we have offered. We have attempted to set up a meeting time where you can show the team your concerns with the dishwasher as they are unable to locate any functionality issues, but those attempts went without a response from your unit. If you work during normal business hours, there are things we can do to assist in setting up a meeting time with a manger during times you are available, as this is the first we are hearing of that concern. November 24, 2024I have had a great resident experience! I love my apartment. We are living in a four-bedroom apartment, and we have plenty of space. It is very cute and comfortable.
