Amazing apartments would definitely recommend!!!
June 5, 2024I have been living in this apartment complex for over five years and have loved it!!! Any time I have needed assistance maintenance was always quick to help, and they are always so nice!! It is a quiet community but great for families with children, as they play outside all the time! Groundskeeping is always great and regularly maintained along with the pool. Trish in the office is absolutely amazing and is always so helpful when I need her. I love this complex and would definitely recommend it ...to anyone looking for a new home.Property Manager Responded

Good community
May 2, 2024I lived there for 1 year and I had a great experience. Management was kind and so was maintenance. If I ever had any issues they took care of it. I also like how green the grass. The apartment was roomy and I liked the fact the apartment had wood floors. I have 4 kids and they have a lot of room to run around.Property Manager Responded

WORSE Community, stay if you want to be ripped off!
May 24, 2023The WORST management, WORST Community. We stayed for a very short period (few months) and spent 2 days deep cleaning the apartment leaving it in perfect condition but they still unfairly took all the security deposit and make us pay almost $200 more! to paint and change the flooring for their new tenant! they tried to prove that the apartment needed cleaning by sending us photos, but the photos didn't show anything! we were perfect tenants paying everything on time, not doing any troubles, and ...providing all the documents and insurance all on time and as requested but that's how they treat respectful people. I disputed the charges and their management didn't do anything. All I can say they are unfair and beyond a CHEAP community. DO NOT RECOMMEND! And not to forget the "poop" smell in the whole community and finding some roaches which we treated ourselves, and NO PARKING just 1 car. so, if you have another car, forget about it, and if you have guests they can park and walk 1.5 half away1!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 12, 2023If you are ok with you’re apartment being flooded. Then move here. If you’re ok with managers who can’t read dates then you should move here. Poor management, SECURITY AND choice of tennants
January 28, 2018Since I've moved here, I've seen a drastic change in management.. No follow up on security issues. They tend to be double- standard who should follow rules here.
