April 13, 2021The water is constantly cold or not working at all, our dryer has been broken for months, the dumpster is constantly overflowing with trash and the smell is so bad i can smell it from my window. Our hallway lights have been out since i moved in, i have been overcharged for my rent multiple times, they don’t tell you when your payment for your rent doesn’t go through so you can accumulate over 100 dollars in late fees. August 4, 2019Definite recommend this property if it’s within budget! The management is very nice and caring, my apartment flooded due to my upstairs neighbors and the team took care of my apartment in a timely manner and made sure I had a place to stay in the meantime. The rooms are nice and the apartment is really pretty and modern. Love how many dogs I saw everyday too.
