January 22, 2026I had a strong sewer, gas smell when I turned on the water in the shower, kitchen sink, and bathroom sinks. It’ll be nice to have the water flushed through before I moved in. I had to run the water for 45 minutes to alleviate the smell. It’s fine now. Rachel was fantastic with all of our services. Fantastic communication, smooth and easy move in.
