When I took a hard hat tour about a month prior to move-in, I was extremely impressed with the building and my soon-to-be finished unit. Aesthetically, this is the best place to rent in Coeur D'Alene, by far. As the occupancy in the building has grown, I have met quite a few neighbors. Having moved from another state, I can honestly say I couldn't have chosen a better spot in terms of the ...community. Everyone is kind, friendly, and truly look out for one another! As we network more, many of the members and I have gone out on outings together. I have moved quite a bit in my life and this is a community I plan on being apart of for at least the next few years! Lastly, the staff is amazing. From the building manager to the maintenance director, everyone is professional and prompt!
