The Timbers has been a great place to live! Out of all the apartments I’ve lived in, this one is the best! It truly doesn’t feel like apartment living. Location is incredible. Building is well Maintained and the staff are great.

I truly enjoy living here at The Timbers. Beautiful complex with an amazing view of the lake and Riverstone. I’d like to give a shout-out to Desirae and Chas who do an amazing job managing and maintaining the facility. They are always so kind and prompt to respond about anything we need. I was one of the first people to move into the building, and I actually secured my unit sight-unseen. When I took a hard hat tour about a month prior to move-in, I was extremely impressed with the building and my soon-to-be finished unit. Aesthetically, this is the best place to rent in Coeur D'Alene, by far. As the occupancy in the building has grown, I have met quite a few neighbors. community. Everyone is kind, friendly, and truly look out for one another! As we network more, many of the members and I have gone out on outings together. I have moved quite a bit in my life and this is a community I plan on being apart of for at least the next few years! Lastly, the staff is amazing. From the building manager to the maintenance director, everyone is professional and prompt! All around, living here has been an exceptional experience and lives up to the luxury living that is advertised!
