It is quiet at nighttime and most neighbors are friendly. August 13, 2024I was scheduled to have subfloor replaced on a certain date. When I went up to the office to let them know that the subfloor had collapsed further down, maintenance had come down right away and rescheduled for an earlier date. I just would like to say that the team at the Timbers is always professional, courteous, hard working, friendly, and always on time (sometimes there before the time) I appreciate everything the maintenance team has done to take care of the needs of the community.
