    The staff is super friendly, but it is really hard to get in contact with them over the phone. My apartment was also not cleaned before I moved in, so I had to spend the first 3 hours cleaning up cat hair, dirt, and dust.

    Everyone was very welcoming as we arrived to Timbers, solved any problems we had promptly, and made sure we had refreshments! The apartment is very cozy and comforting as well!

    I love living at the Timbers! A quiet nice community amongst the hustle and bustle of college life! I love how its pet friendly so even if I dont have a pet, theres lots of furry faces all around to make your day! The staff is also very wonderful and super helpful when it comes to signing your lease and figuring everything out!

    Didn’t let me choose the unit I wanted despite it being available. Expensive rent. Kinda weird and ugly complex design with the giant parking lot. No bike parking. Doesn’t reach out very well, always emails me long after it should and doesn’t text me. I’d rather go somewhere else but everywhere else filled up early

    I absolutely love living here, everything is so cute and cozy and the staff are wonderful. I get free coffee every morning and use the pool, with the gorgeous view of Old Maine, often. The walk to campus is so easy and the location feels very safe.

    The Timbers has been so great to us. The front office staff is so so friendly, personable, and helpful. Maintenance always comes at a reasonable time and is so respectful, knowledgeable, and kind when it comes to repairs.

    I love the location - it’s close to campus but off the main roads! The maintenance crew is amazing and so helpful. The dog park could definitely use a remodel though.

    You’re getting what you pay for in terms of quality. Maintenance and the front office are very kind and timely. Amenities are alright, but the location is the best part. If you’re looking for a chill place to live, I would recommend.

    So far my experience has been good. My neighbors can be a bit rowdy, but usually, I can't hear them. Maintenance is quick and diligent with their work.
