  • Terrible move out experience.

    I really did enjoy my time living here August 2022-October 2023. I have unfortunately had many issues with them after moving out. It states in the lease that you will be charged a cleaning fee regardless of the condition of the apartment even if it is clean if a receipt is not provides that the unit was cleaned by an approved vendor. I attempted to schedule a move out clean with Spence, the main company the Towers used during my time staying there, and they informed me they did not do move out ...
    cleans. I was charged $100 still even though the apartment was clean when I left. Just be aware of this when you move out. Completely ruined my experience working with W3.

  • They don't care about theft/crime

    If you are looking to move here, please don't. The owners love to use the fact that they have gates and cameras as a selling point, but the gates barely work, and the cameras are only pulled for the police in the most extreme circumstances. My car and more than 15 others were broken into this weekend and there was no notice sent out to tenants, nor was there any update on when the gate would be fixed as it has been broken for weeks. I was told that they don't cover "crime" so lease be aware that ...
