February 17, 2025Living at the Trails I have been living here for quite a few years now overall I'm satisfied it's a nice community the maintenance staff is terrific very professional.. being a senior I sure wish they would have some apartments dedicated to those over 65 at a lower rate since most of us live on Social Security and is getting a little hard to pay this high rent. The only other thing I know the windows in my apartment are not double pane or if they were they're not anymore because I sure hear a ...lot of the outside traffic noise into the wee hours of the morning.. November 20, 2024Why vacation when you live in a resort? I absolutely love living here. Andrea & Chris have done everything to assist me whenever I have questions or need assistance. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and professional. My friends in Monterey schedule their vacations to visit me because all the amenities here feel like a perfect vacation spot. We are 2miles from restaurants, groceries, convenience stores and miniature golf courses/ water parks. Everything I need is within a few miles while ...being surrounded by beautiful homes and residence. It feels like a peaceful suburban community a stones throw away from everything you could need. I absolutely love living in this spacious apartment that feels more like a home. The layouts of these apartments, the large closets and raised ceilings give a home vibe. June 30, 2024Maintenance It takes several requests to have needed maintenance completed. It can take a week to a month to have work completed when you leave a message or email.. At times received notification had been done but no one had come to my apartment. I have found the best way to have work completed quickly is find the head of maintenance and talk with him directly. He is helpful and makes sure all work is completed in a timely manner. Once the maintenance crew comes in they complete the work ...quickly and effectively. You can take your time going through so many pages before signing the lease.
