Amazing Apartments
February 11, 2025This place is absolutely beautiful! They have great amenities, a wonderful location and the best staff in Davis, CA! Kennedy Cooks showed me around the property and was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was pleasant, informative, and answered all of my questions. Well, awful roommates.
November 21, 2016They roomed me with people who are total opposites from me. I filled up the roommate forms which was supposed to be our preferences and pretty much personality because it was very detailed. I ended up having to live with awful people. July 20, 2015In comparison to the other apartments available in Davis, the U is some distance away from campus and shopping. It is also on the pricier side since there has been new remodeling to create a sort of luxury dorm feel. However, what the complex lacks in location and price, it makes up for it with great amenities and community events.Review from Apartments.com
