About The URI Townhouses
Steps away from the University of Rhode Island. Enjoy living in close proximity to the Quad, classrooms, nearby shops and various eateries. The URI townhouses are conveniently located at 58 Fortin Rd, directly behind the Alumni Center on top of campus. They are only 125 yards from the Quad and student classrooms as well as being across the street from the Emporium, a collection of shops and eateries and next door to BRU Coffee. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, granite counters and plenty of cabinet space. There are full bathrooms on the lower level and the upper level as well as a half bathroom on the living room/kitchen level. No need to have a car but a parking space is available to lease. The university is in the middle of a growth explosion, as is evidenced by the many new facilities on campus that are either now on-line or about to come on-line. Enjoy everything South County has to offer, such as beautiful beaches, scenic hiking trails, outdoor activities like kayaking and cycling, and plentiful restaurants and shops.
