October 9, 2025I am very upset that our usage of the pool and hot tub has been removed for 2 weeks and still going. I read every single word of every email the Uptown sends me and the building did not warn us of this closure. Why would you close the pool during the hottest time of the year in Oakland?!?!? I feel like I am paying for services that I am not getting. My room mates and myself are very unhappy about this and would appreciate a discount on next months rent to compensate us for the removal of ...amenities with No Notice!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 28, 2025Really enjoying living here. Amenities are great. The leasing office and front office staff are very personable and helpful. The noise can be excessive at times if there are events in the area but that is the price you pay when you are in such a good location.Property Manager Responded

July 15, 2025I love it here! The apartments are very big and spacious. The windows seem to be noise cancelling because, despite living smack dab in the heart of downtown oakland once you close the windows you can barely hear the hustle and bustle going on outside.Review from Apartments.com

July 3, 2025There used to be very nice music that was played in the halls of building 2. Everyone misses that. Also there are 2 doors in the garage that lead to the stairs and elevator that have been off their hinges for quite a while now, still not fixed. June 19, 2025My floor repair request was marked as completed after almost 4 months whereas nothing was done. Some security personnel are rude especially when it comes to using some facilities that we clearly are paying for.
