November 21, 2024I’m pretty sure we will be living here for years. When we first moved to KC from Los Angeles a few years ago we have been from bad homes and bad management. The Venue has been sooooo amazing we couldn’t imagine moving anywhere anytime soon. We’ve even convinced others to move here ??Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2024At first I thought 1339 sq ft for me and my 3 young kids wouldn’t be enough, but this feels like plenty of space for all of us! I love my townhome. It’s clean and has nice appliances that sing lol My kids love the space as well, even the unfinished basement. I can’t hear my neighbors next door and I find there’s enough storage for us. July 9, 2024The Venues in such a great location. There’s a great, lovely trail to walk on right behind it with beautiful views. The staff is really nice and move in was a breeze. Can’t wait to try out the pickle ball courts!Property Manager Responded
