Pretty Building/Horrible Management
January 29, 2018This building was a terrific place to live for many years. Unfortunately, the building was sold to a new company a couple of years ago. All costs have skyrocketed. Maintenance requests are not attended to in a timely fashion. The manager has very poor skills. She is rude, she is inept and often unnecessarily unkind. When living in an apartment, it is ideal to choose a place where the management care about the work, the owners, and the tenants. The new lobby has very smooth tiles that look nice, ...but pose a fall risk to the seniors in the building. There is no railing on the stairs up to the first floor. I have heard several complaints about pests in the building. The parking costs are obscene and the rates are increased often with very little notice. I would not recommend living in this building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The worse place ever
November 15, 2017Moved here from Irvine to start school at USC. They have roaches like eew and the intercom hardly ever works. My dog ear was hurting I could tell so I took him to the vet and he had a roach in his ear. It had died in his ear. Please don't stay here rent is high manager is mean and people go in your mail. Sometimes the mail person doesn't lock the box. I mean who does that. There are tons of great apartments around for a better price for the sake of you and your furry friend don't stay here.Review from Apartments.com
Don't stay there!
November 15, 2017I moved in there. Things seemed fine but then roaches started to come out of no where. Even the big cockroaches so freaking disgusting. U can tell they're trying to cover something up because it looks renovated but the walls must be rooten because they get alot of roaches. People brake in your mail box there. It's always looks plowed open. My neighbor got his social security card stolen and he had documents with his bday on now he has to change his ss number because he has credit card fraud. Rent ...is super high they will try to ease u in on a mildly pow rent but still a bit much for the place then increase it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Building Very Poor Management, Rent Price is Over Rated
February 13, 2017Use to Love the Place Alot But Everything is Falling Apart After new Owner and Management. Not a big studio or one bed room for the rent prices and very tight and small parking for the price. Everything there is poor now after new Owner and Management.Review from Apartments.com
THIS PLACE SUCKS
October 29, 2016I used to love my place, then they sold the building... the new owners are a mystery, the new manager is a living nightmare, and my apartment has been falling apart one piece at a time. The manager takes it upon herself to enter as she pleases and continually ignore tenants when they have requests.Review from Apartments.com
