Quiet community
June 10, 2020Great community that is QUIET!! I am an ER doctor and value my sleep above all else. The only issues I have had were immediately addressed by the courtesy officer WHO LIVES ON SITE!!! That is so big- she was able to address the issue immediately and management followed up the next day. I am very grateful for the quick response. Very pretty property
June 3, 2020El Paso is a desert type terrain and for someone who moved from up north, it definitely took some time adjusting. The View is so great in helping me acclimate in that the property itself is set up like a resort. The landscaping is impeccable and designed to provide shade throughout the property. When I come home I forget that I am in El Paso and feel more like when I visit Miami! I love living here and definitely feel that I made the right choice.Review from Apartments.com

May 13, 2020Beautiful community within walking distance to everything!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to make the residents feel comfortable and happy during the stay at home order. Maintenance takes care of even the smallest problems almost immediately. Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in.
April 29, 2020Between the office staff being incredibly rude and not helpful in the building being completely rundown. Everyone that lives there it’s just completely rude and always in a bad mood. They are 5G towers all around the apartment complex. Also there are fake bird noises to keep real birds away I guess. They play every minute. It’s enough to drive someone crazy I couldn’t wait for my lease to be up here. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I would stay at a homeless shelter before I would ...ever stay here again.Property Manager Responded
May 13, 2020The View is one of the tallest buildings in the neighborhood. This can become a lovely home not only for our residents, but also for pigeons. In an effort to mitigate any problems with pigeons, we have installed bird repellents on the roof. If you had mentioned that this was an issue or that you could hear the bird repellents, we would have absolutely moved the bird repellents, turned them down, or figured out a new solution; however you did not and we cannot know there is a problem if we are not made aware. I am sorry to hear that other residents were rude to you, most of our residents comment on what a sense of community The View has and we often see our residents congregating together. We especially see what a sense of community we have at the parties The View hosts on a more than quarterly basis. If you ever choose to reside in Montecillo again, I will be happy to help you obtain a cocktail at our open bar and introduce you to your neighbors during one of these events!

January 18, 2017This apartment community is wonderful! From the professional and nice staff, down to the amazing amenities that they have to offer you. I know that this say 55 , but it is actually perfect for really serious medical students, law students, or even doctors. The apartments offer great quiet areas that you can study in. For example, one of the rooms is perfect if you have a group project or need to study with a group. AND THEY HAVE A BUILT IN MOVE AREA! Save money and just have date night there. :) ...I love The View and the Integrity staff. I definitely would recommend this community to all my friends and family.Property Manager Responded
