Terrible customer service
July 31, 2017The manager does not know how to provide good customer service and insists on providing the resident wrong; she let me know since I could not prove who took it, there was nothing they could do about it. Maintenance willingly left the door unlocked when I was not there, and since they did that, something was stolen so it was their fault. Maintenance does not know how to lock the doors after finishing the job or respect resident's items.Review from Apartments.com
