Great place
February 4, 2021So I called Kurt in the office today to request maitanance..... I didn't have time to even finish my first cup of coffee before they were at my front door! Talk about customer service! Thanks Guys! Best staff ever!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible management
January 20, 2020The property manager and even some of the employees are awfully rude and unprofessional. I have been waiting for my toilet to be fixed for over a week now, and this is not the first problem I have had with the property. As soon as my lease is up I am leaving.Review from Apartments.com
The Quiet Man
February 20, 2019I moved into The Village in October 2018. I was somewhat skeptical in the beginning, with the intentions of staying only for one (1) year. But to my surprise, this complex is making strides to improve its image in the community. The two (2) bedroom that I occupy is clean and efficiently managed. I reported a kitchen faucet problem on 02-18-19. When I came home Tuesday afternoon, the faucet was repaired. The staff does not pretend to care...they do care . Professional in every way, but ...personal. But above all, they LISTEN to my concerns and act on them. The complex has some visible aspects of the ole' days when it was known as President Gardens Apartments. But being somewhat the "...not so new kid on the block...", I can also see strides in the managements attempts to make this a pleasurable living environment. The jury is still out on whether I stay after my lease expires, but if the decision had to made at this very moment, I would consider The Village home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Old Style charm
July 22, 2015The apartment complex is a good place to live. With grocery stores, restaurants and a bus stop nearby and a good management team, this is a good place to stay. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. I'm glad that I live here.Review from Apartments.com
