Awful management and place
January 8, 2024I lived here for a year and never got things fixed by the landlord that I was suppose to before moving in or even during the stay. Everything was absolutely disgusting prior to moving in so my dad and I cleaned it all from top to bottom and had to replace toilet seats and blinds ourselves. The water was dripping and messed up in the bathrooms and kitchen and I had to get my own contractor to fix that along with other things. I received a letter upon leaving in June 2023 that I get my deposit back ...but have yet to receive it and it is now January of 2024 and any time I message to ask when I will I get ignored. Leaking roof
May 18, 2020He lost a payment but neighbor says he does this. Roof has been leaking for 6 months. Lots of empty town houses. Horrible landlord.Review from Apartments.com
