Regret is only thing you would feel…
December 11, 2021If I could give zero stars I would. New owners and management took over before Thanksgiving and it is gross. Trash is everywhere!!! Trash valet in details the trash pickup being loaded onto the elevator and left there for over a week. Nothing is clean outside no maintenance matters are being handled or repaired. When call office to complain told the. Just fix it yourself and take all the trash off elevator and put in dumpster. What!?!! That isn’t even my family trash we took ours and everyone ...pays Extra for these luxury services that don’t exist DO NOT SIGN LEASE to live here there are nicer places for cheaper around the corner….Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Rude Very Rude Staff......
June 29, 2016Fieldstone is filthy the hallways on each floor dirty /elevator constantly has food spillage in it,remnants of liquid traill by whomever is picking up trash that month, and you can hear every move your neighbor makes. The front office person Rude then try to play it off. This year change of staff the worse I've experienced in my residence on site. Millstone Apartments
August 8, 2015So me and my wife just relocated here and moved into the newly built millstone Apartments. First of all the Staff is Wonderful and Incredibly Helpful. The Location is Great, easy access to any and everything but still not to busy at actual apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious and has decent storage. I love the screened in balcony which will be perfect when the weather cools. All the appliances are top of the line. They took some shortcuts on some of the minor stuff like ...outlet/cable/switch covers which are pretty cheap but i imagine its cause they know they will be replacing frequently but it does not affect appearance of the apartment. They have a convient trash pickup service right outside your door and a community coded dumpster. There is a small but well kept community pool, but better then that you get membership to 2 larger pools (one of which is like a mini watermark) as well as two large fitness centers. You have to drive to those but they are not too far. The only thing that i found that i hate so far Is the building elevator, yes its nice to have one… but it is the slowest Elevator i have ever used in my entire life but it forces me to use stairs. Nice Family Place
July 31, 2015My dad, sister, and I live in the milestone apartments. The area is beautiful and is up-and-coming so there's a lot of construction on the roads and in the area. It's very close to the oakleaf town center, so there are plenty of stores and places to eat in your backyard basically. It's walking distance to the elementary school, middle school, AND high school. The local restaurants are always having events for families and children, so the community is like a family. There's 2 community athletic ...centers. Both have gyms, swimming pools (with water slides), tennis courts, etc. It's really is beautiful here and is a great place to raise/have a family. The apartment is also down the street from the fire dept and police dept, so in the event of an emergency they'll be able to respond quickly.
