November 12, 2024I have been here a few years now. I enjoy the area and how close grocery stores are. Also my favorite fast food spots are nearby. I am happy with the maintenance and their timely with resolving issues. I definitely enjoyed not losing power during Hurricane. God bless anyone who did. October 21, 2024I'm just moved in two weeks ago so we'll see how things are going further down the line just had a few things mantanice need to take care of, but so far there isn't any problems with loud noise or any of the tenets. September 30, 2024So far not so good. The day I moved in I started having problems with my neighbor leaving trash out on non trash days. A couple of my neighbors don’t abide by trash rules on a weekly basis. My ice maker was broken upon move in and the unit wasn’t properly cleaned. Pet hair/human hair was still in the bathtub and ceiling fans were dusty. The blinds in one of my bedrooms were broken upon moving in and took over a week to get my maintenance request resolved. Parking is not good. Cars are allowed to ...park in the tow zone all day and overnight.Property Manager Responded
