A wonderful well-rounded place to live!
November 19, 2024Having lived here for over a year now, my husband and I can say without a doubt that this is the best apartment living experience we've ever had! The Groundskeeper and Management Team are incredible and quick to address concerns, the location is quiet, and having elevators makes navigating and moving a breeze! We've loved every moment here! The apartments are fully carpeted, you have the option to rent a washer and dryer or bring your own, HVAC system keeps up with Virginia summers, and they ...keep the grounds really well kept. November 30, 2023We have lived here for 5 plus years. Julie and her staff are great. Tony in Maintenance addresses issues right away and fixes them. They both care about the property and the tenants. July 25, 2021The apartments are huge and love the fans in every bedroom! The property is clean and definitely seems safe, no worries about packages outside my door. When taking my dog on a walk to the dog park located on the property we always stop to see Julie in the office, she is so friendly. Work orders are done in a timely fashion and the maintenance men are always polite. Couldn’t say enough about this place, it was worth the wait for the apartment!Review from Apartments.com

Love, Love, Love This Place!
July 18, 2018I moved into these apartments shortly after they went up and, let me tell you, they were great! I was concerned about moving from a house to an apartment that I might feel cramped, but it was just the opposite. The layout is spacious with lots of windows and natural lighting, the appliances are stainless steel with granite counter tops and cherrywood throughout. It was clean, quiet yet not dull. The staff was friendly and always very responsive. I recommend this place if you want a nice place ...with great customer service. It's location is ideal; close to a school and shopping.
