Terrible Management
July 19, 2018If I could give these condos and its previous and current management companies 0 stars, I would. Do not let the great location woo you into this trap. On-site manager Sonia is dismissive and never follows through with any aspect of promises. Online portal is a joke. Payments get held up in system and take days to post. Repairs and routine maintenance take an act of God to get completed. Sadly, the area is turning into a slum due to poor enforcement of policies. Moss Company does not follow ...California state laws and will hold your security deposit hostage.
