December 3, 2024Mitch is the worst landlord I have had. I have reached out multiple times about incredibly loud disturbances upstairs and he has either not answered or done nothing about it. Not to mention the amount of times our breaker goes out, our sink is broken, or our shower is broken. When I have reached out to him it takes days to get a response.Review from Apartments.com
Projects quality apartment at a luxury price
May 28, 2020Where to start... hang a curtain in front of the windows in the winter and you can watch it waft in the wind- that’s how bad the windows/seals are- you will be freezing all winter struggling to keep warm air in (no central heat so get a good space heater). Opposite problem in the summer- listen to old loud window units drone on while your cool air seeps through the 1/2” gap on your window frame. Minimum viable appliances and finishes. Door frames crooked and doors don’t close properly. Door ...hinges 50 years old and loud enough to wake up your room mate in the night. Floors in desperate need of refinishing, honestly an embarrassment. Cracks in the ceiling and rough uneven plaster walls. Need a maintenance request? Good luck, there is one guy servicing literally every request for this apartment complex and he’s constantly backed up. We waited over a month for a fan repair in the heat of the summer. Gotta fight with the maintenance guy to actually repair what you need and not just slap a bandaid on. Water out of the pipes tastes metallic and totally unsuitable for drinking so make sure you get a good filter. Terrible floor plan layout. I would recommend this apartment at the price they charge to NOBODY.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
