April 2, 2024I was just on the phone with the landlord this morning, and wanted to see about accommodations because of my financial situation. However, he laughed sarcastically and said that he wasn’t gonna just hold the place for me. I only meant that I wasn’t able to move in for a while, and it’s understandable to want to rent to somebody immediately. Do NOT have an attitude and act like you’re better than your customers. Do not bother trying to apply for an apartment with them, they are unprofessional, ...extremely inconsiderate, disrespectful and rude. Landlord has a terrible attitude
April 10, 2019Called in to learn about a rental and had a terrible experience. The person went on about being behind schedule and having a stressful job. Tried to request a virtual tour since I am located out of town -- most places cooperate and set up facetime or pictures or videos. This person was offended by the face time option, was rude about taking time to send a video and complained about how he has many other things to do. September 23, 2015Very spacious apartments... not so nice on the outside but good on the inside all tile floors. Could use some updating on some of the fixtures. Has a bug problem in the summer. A Sapphire In The Rough
July 21, 2015I could by no means calls my apartment a "diamond", although I must say it is not entirely what meets the eye. From a passeyby's perspective, Waterford Apartments could seem like any ordinary low-income complex, with little to offer. However, peer inside the two bedroom/two bathroom to find a spacious and tasteful living quarters. Including a spiral staircase to the loft, a bay window illuminating the entire downtairs, and tiny accents and details throughout every room that allow me to feel at ...home here.
