September 12, 2023Persistent pest problem. Took several days to fix A/C. There is no A/C technician available in-house. Management team did not provide any evidence for move out charges after several attempts at contacting them.Review from Apartments.com

Broken Promises
October 10, 2022This place promised a healthy living and upgrades. Too many switches between management companies. Additional hidden fees not listed in contract. Unhealthy garbage practices leading to pollution vis runoff of local stream and water supply. Promised new locks but we still have old broken locks. Great place to commit a crime as door hinges and locks won’t stop a child from kicking them in. I find at least 3-5 cockroaches a day. The in unite laundry machines are a fire waiting to happen due to poor ...ventilation. Management is rude and does not let residence know when they are shutting off water (which happens weekly). When you call them out for it they harass you on it. Electric goes out when it rains. Not a place to live.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful Waterford
May 24, 2022I moved to The Waterford a number of years back and have been through few managements. Overall, The Waterford is a clean, quiet and peaceful place to live with decent neighbors. The apartment is close to everything yet tucked away for peaceful, quiet natural living. The current management is communicative. Maintenance issues are promptly attended to upon request. Maintenance service is awesome
