September 20, 2024I had the pleasure of working with Kevin. His response time, knowledge and customer service is immaculate! He made the process easy while allowing me my space in the decision making process. The only semi negative is that the “cleaners” left a mess. Dirt, dust, paint everywhere. July 22, 2024I can hear my neighbor snoring when I am in my living room. If you are in your bedroom, you can here conversations on the sidewalk like they are standing in the room with you. Half the time, the building smells like trash or wet dog.Property Manager Responded

The parking situation is a bit tight, and there are certain things that could be improved.
