January 6, 2025Amenities and community engagement is top tier.. Maintenance is efficient and doesn’t take long to come out to handle whatever problem you’re having. which have been minimum since living here. December 20, 2024I’ve been living at The Waters at Millerville for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property is always clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My apartment is spacious, modern, and feels like home. The office staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to address any concerns or needs. One of my favorite things about living here is the community events — they offer great opportunities to ...meet neighbors and build connections. Whether it’s a social gathering or seasonal celebration, there’s always something fun happening. December 18, 2024It is aesthetically pleasing inside and out, with responsive staff. The downside is that some people like to discard cigar innards in the breezeway and play music at the highest decibels. Having to figure out how to get large packages from the mailroom to your apartment is also an inconvenience, but your packages are secure.Property Manager Responded
