February 3, 2025Communication from the office is lacking. On many occasions, residents are sent emails advising of inspections, preventative maintenance, etc. but then nothing takes place causing residents to have to check in to see if these required actions took place. Additionally, residents don’t get 24 hour notice before required inspections like pest control, making planning ahead for pets to be put up difficult and inconvenient.Property Manager Responded
