December 15, 2024The complex itself is really nice. However, I did feel a little bit deceived during the move in process. I came and did a tour & when I asked to see what the smaller apartment looked like I was told there wasn’t one to show. Which doesn’t make any sense being that it’s a brand new complex and barely anyone lives here yet. I toured the Gardenia and fell in loveee. When I moved in, it didn’t look like what I toured. Be mindful of the layout. The model that they show you has no doors where the ...bedroom and bathroom are so it makes a huge difference. Ask to see an empty apartment before you move in! I was also offered a move in special if I started my application by a certain day and then a day later they offered a different (better) special. I tried speaking with the team to receive the new deal but I was told I couldn’t. Besides that, it’s a really nice place. The clubhouse stays open 24 hours. There’s a free Starbucks machine which is great if you don’t have time to stop to Starbucks.Property Manager Responded
