November 25, 2024Overall the staff is so friendly and understanding. The community events are such a great way to meet neighbors! My family and I enjoy the amenities. The noise when you are the downstairs neighbors is entirely frustrating. The dog park is usually wet due to sprinklers and the dogs running through cause mud. I would like to suggest making this your home but only on the top floor.Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2024I have been a Resident since July of 2024 and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here! Ms Kristin the property manager along with her team do a fabulous job! From keeping our apartment community clean, making prompt maintenance repairs when needed to having lively and fun events! I am very happy I chose Waters at West Village in Scott to reside! November 9, 2024I haven’t been here very long, but every one has been super helpful. Maddie made my move in process seamless and stress free.
